Suitable for visiting national park. Amazing setting in the very very nice area, adjacent to most restaurants, Yala national park and Sri Lanka. Extremely close to Southover Grange Gardens and other tourist attractions.

Stayed here for two nights while doing safari and was blown away by the stunning pool and nice rooms. The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. The location is ideal, close to the national park and the city. Food was great with a wide selection. The manager was always helpful and the linen and towels were clean and fresh. The breakfast for the safari was amazing, prepared and packed for us. Definitely recommend!

What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern and vibrant design of this brand new hotel. The pools themselves were pure bliss, and the entire property was immaculately maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always on hand to help. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of both local and international options to choose from. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

the beds and bed sheets were uncomfortable and made for a less than ideal night's sleep.

The rooms at Oak Ray Wild Yala are fantastic! They have everything you need, including air conditioning, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV. I loved being able to browse the web and watch satellite channels from the comfort of my room. The private bathroom with a shower was also a nice touch, and the rainfall showerhead was so refreshing. The dressing table with a vanity mirror was a great addition too. the room was cozy and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the minibar in the room. But hey, that's just me!
